Rob's communication was very good. He was easy to work with and always got back to us straight away. We'd had experiences in the past with agents who promised the world but did not deliver. This was definitely not the case with Rob and Brett Tweed. Everything they said they would do they followed up on.
We received the first offer within a week and the final offer one week later, selling over the asking price.
