We are an experienced, independent real estate agency based in Central Victoria.
Since our establishment in 1991, Waller Realty has grown from one office and two staff to three offices with eight sales agents, six property managers and great support staff.
Directors Rob Waller and Narelle Waller, who have a long association with real estate in the Mount Alexander Shire, took on the management of the business in 1998 and continue to lead the team.
The leading agency in the Mount Alexander shire, we operate from two central office locations in the townships of Castlemaine and Maldon. In 2018 we expanded our services into the growing Greater Bendigo region, opening our third office in the centre of Bendigo in 2019.
We offer a comprehensive service including sales, auctions, leasing and property management. We are the only agency in the Mount Alexander Shire licensed to provide owners corporation management.
We are an independent business, not a franchise. Our offices and our teams work together, not in competition and it's this collaborative approach that's one of our greatest strengths.
