We were always planning on using Rob Waller when the time came to sell.
Rob sold us the property 11 years ago, in fact, looking through some paperwork recently we discovered Rob was involved in the sale of the house to a previous owner. His familiarity with the property made working with him an easy decision.
Rob did everything he could to present the property in the best light. Selling a weekender at the end of winter we knew some people might be put off if the house was cold. Rob would call in before an inspection, put all the heaters on and make sure the fire was going.
The communication with Rob was great. He always got straight back to us with feedback and he was on top of everything we needed to do to sell. We sold very quickly for a great price so it was a very positive experience.
